Privacy notice
Effective October 2, 2026. Labelistan is the customer-facing brand of Jupiter Digital Marketing LLC. Label Desk and Label Desk Pro are products operated by the same legal entity. This notice describes how we handle information through our website, customer account and Windows desktop app. Contact hello@labelistan.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we receive
When you create an account or contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your email address and support messages. When you connect an order source, Label Desk processes the order and shipping details that source makes available, which may include store identifiers, item details, recipient names and addresses, contact details, package information and tracking numbers. The Windows app can also store settings, connection details and order information on your device. We receive transaction, wallet and label records when you request rates or buy labels.
How we use information
- To authenticate your account and connect the services you authorize.
- To show orders, compare shipping options, create labels and provide tracking-related workflows.
- To process payments, maintain transaction records, provide support and investigate errors or misuse.
- To protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sources and sharing
Orders may come directly from Etsy or through a ShipStation or Veeqo account you connect. If that account contains Amazon orders, the available order data comes from ShipStation or Veeqo; Label Desk does not currently connect to Amazon through the Selling Partner API. To provide the service, shipping details may be sent to shipping-rate and label providers, and payment information may be processed by our payment service provider. Hosting and support providers may process information on our behalf to operate the service. We do not use order or recipient information for unrelated advertising.
Storage and protection
Information may be held in the Windows app on your device and in the systems used for accounts, payments and purchased labels. The app encrypts its local order cache and stored connection settings using operating-system-supported protection. We use access controls and other security measures intended to protect information handled by our services. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security. Protect access to your device and connected accounts, and contact us if you believe an account is compromised.
Retention and deletion
We keep information as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and label records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. The Windows app has a 180-day historical-order cache limit, but records for stores that have not synced again and open orders may remain longer. Purchased labels and other local records may remain until removed by the user or through an account-data request. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account, email hello@labelistan.com. We will review the request and explain any information we must retain.
Your choices
You can decide which supported order sources to connect and can disconnect them through their respective services. You may also contact us to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your account data where applicable. Privacy rights can vary by location; we will handle requests under the law that applies to you.
Changes
We may update this notice when the service or our data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
