Terms of service

Effective October 2, 2026. Labelistan is the customer-facing brand of Jupiter Digital Marketing LLC. Label Desk and Label Desk Pro are products operated by the same legal entity. These terms describe use of the Windows desktop app and related account services. Questions can be sent to hello@labelistan.com.

The service

Label Desk helps users review orders, compare available shipping rates, buy labels and manage label records. Shipping services, prices and delivery estimates depend on the destination, package, carrier and connected provider. A quote is not a purchased label; a label is purchased only when you confirm the transaction.

Your account and connections

You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment information, for protecting your account and connected-service credentials, and for using the service only for orders and stores you are authorized to manage. Etsy, ShipStation, Veeqo and shipping carriers have their own terms and availability. Amazon orders may be imported through your connected Veeqo or ShipStation account, where supported; Label Desk does not currently offer direct Amazon Selling Partner API authorization. Labelistan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or these independent services.

Prices and payments

There is no subscription or license fee to use Label Desk. Carrier rates and any applicable label service fee are included in the total shown before purchase. A label purchase may be rejected by the provider even after a rate is displayed. If a purchase fails or its result is uncertain, the transaction must be reconciled before treating a label as available. For questions about a charge, refund or unused label, contact us; provider rules and applicable law may affect the outcome.

Orders, labels and tracking

Review the recipient address, service, package weight and dimensions before purchase. You are responsible for complying with carrier rules and applicable shipping laws. Tracking updates to connected stores depend on the connected service and its permissions; they are not guaranteed for every order.

Availability and changes

Third-party APIs and carriers may be unavailable or change their offerings. We may update Label Desk and these terms. If you stop using the service, contact us about account closure and any outstanding label or payment records.
